You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using USEconomicLegder, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine)
• You are not designated on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the use of cryptocurrency and financial services
• You are not using our Services for any illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords with anyone

USEconomicLegder will never ask for your password, private keys, or seed phrases via email, phone, or chat. Never disclose these to anyone claiming to be USEconomicLegder support.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose completely.

Key risks include but are not limited to:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile and can fluctuate significantly within short periods.
• Regulatory Changes: Evolving government regulations may restrict or prohibit cryptocurrency use in certain jurisdictions.
• Technology Risks: Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital wallets may contain vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
• Liquidity Risk: You may be unable to execute trades at desired prices due to insufficient market liquidity.
• Operational Risks: System failures, cyberattacks, or human error could disrupt services or compromise security.

USEconomicLegder does not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

USEconomicLegder charges fees for certain services as disclosed in our Fee Schedule. All fees are:

• Clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction
• Subject to change with 30 days' notice via email or platform notification
• Deducted automatically from your account balance at the time of transaction

We do not charge hidden fees. Network fees (gas fees) required by blockchain networks are separate from USEconomicLegder fees and are paid directly to the network miners/validators.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or conducting unauthorized security testing
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
• Using stolen funds or engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Violating intellectual property rights or distributing malware

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and reporting to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USEconomicLegder shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Losses resulting from market volatility, price fluctuations, or trading decisions
• Losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account
• Delays or failures in blockchain networks beyond our control
• Any actions taken by third-party service providers integrated with our platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to USEconomicLegder in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, England, and the language shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a request through our support portal. Upon termination:

• You must withdraw all funds from your account within 90 days
• Any remaining funds after 90 days may be subject to dormancy fees
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately without notice
• Certain provisions (including Risk Disclosure, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive termination
